Jeanette Royal has been proudly serving Nevada County residents since 1985.
Prior to becoming a REALTOR® in 1995, she worked as an adult education teacher
and later dedicated her time as a successful financial consultant. Jeanette is a member
of Network Real Estate’s Fine Homes Network team.
Jeanette's team includes Kelli Phenix, who has years of experience in advertising and
marketing including three years as an advertising consultant at The Union newspaper
where her creativity and innovation earned her multiple awards. Kelli prides herself on
her "people skills" and is expert at communicating with clients. Kelli’s expertise in the
advertising and marketing arena adds a positive element to the personalized service that
